What data we process
This website has no forms or sign-ups. We only process the data you give us when you email or call us: your name, your email address or phone number, and whatever you tell us in your message. If you commission a project, also the data needed to carry it out and invoice it.
Like any website, the server that hosts it keeps technical logs of visits (for example, the IP address), which are used only to run the service and keep it secure.
What we use it for
- Answering your questions and preparing quotes.
- Producing, delivering and invoicing the work you commission.
We do not send advertising or build profiles.
Legal basis
We process your data because you give it to us so that we can reply (consent), to prepare and carry out your commission (contract or pre-contractual steps) and to meet our tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your question or commission. Billing data is kept for the periods required by law.
Who else can see it
We do not share your data with anyone unless required by law. We rely on these providers: OVHcloud, which hosts the website in the European Union; our email provider; and Google, which runs the Gmail account. Google may process data outside the European Union with the safeguards required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Just write to info@pinanchoaudiovisuais.com. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
